You can check on the status of a Service Request by clicking "Members Only" on the menu bar and selecting "Status of Request." This brings up the form shown in Figure 1. The form gives a listing of all of your requests that remain open:

| • | Non-compliance or violations |
This is a summary form to give you enough information to find a specific request item of interest. Click the "Details" link in the last column to bring up a form, shown in Figure 2, which provides details on the status of that activity.
