If you have "Board" level privileges, you may view status of all open General Requests, Job / Work Orders, Architectural Modification Requests, or Violations by clicking on "Members Only" on the menu bar, then click on "Board Members Only" and select "Status Reports." This will open the window shown in Figure 1.
Select date range of interest from the "Date Range" drop list, select the "Report Type" and click the Search button. Your community website is directly connected to your company's management system database. Clicking the "Search" button generates a report (example shown in Figure 2) of up-to-the-minute status on all records of the activity type you selected that remain open. (We will very soon provide the ability for you to print the report or to save it on your computer's hard drive.)
