We currently employ individuals in the fields of Accounting/Bookkeeping, Clerical, Certified Association Managers, and Assistant Association Managers, and individuals with varying capacities including: resident services, painters and maintenance personnel. CERTIFIED ASSOCIATION MANAGERS

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in the industry and be literate in MS office. CCAM, PCAM very desirable. Must have excellent communication skills. Medical, dental, 401k, 1 week vacation the first year and educational benefits. Salary DOE.

ASSISTANT ASSOCIATION MANAGER

The ideal candidate must have great people and communication skills, must be literate in MS Office, be a team player, and be experienced in handling heavy phones and customer service. Medical, dental, 401k, 1 week vacation first year. Wages DOE.

MAINTENANCE

Preference given to applicants with at least 2 or more years experience performing custodial and general maintenance. Applicants with some of the following skills preferred: carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock, taping and texturing, painting. Own truck (with insurance) and tools. Must be neat, presentable, organized self-starter and be able to work unsupervised. Must be able to follow instructions, make judgment calls, and lift 65 lbs. Read and write English. Keep accurate records of time on each job. Must have a valid California driver's license, good driving record and insurance. Will be required to use own vehicle and may be required to travel to sites in the Bay Area; there is mileage reimbursement. Wage dependent on qualifications. Hours flexible, but must be available to work between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mon - Fri.
