To change your username and/or password click "Let me change my Username and/or Password" on the Sign-In page. This will bring up a new window (shown below) where you can enter a new username and/or password. Note that a username and password is unique within the entire management company database, so, if the desired names is already taken a message will appear letting you know this and you can try again. Otherwise the website will let you know the sign-in credentials have been changed.
