To register on the website to access the "Resident Only" features click on “Let Me Register as a New User" on the Sign-In page.  This brings up the page shown below and, when registering, it’s important to enter ALL the items shown below

 

First name
Last name
Street number
Street name
Unit number
Email address and/or Account Number

 

None of which are case sensitive. So, for example, you can enter the first name as Eric, eric, ERIC, ErIc,  etc. and it will be accepted. IMPORTANT: each value must match the values on record with the management company to validate you as a ‘true’ member of an association especially the email address which must be on file.

 

After the information is confirmed a a temporary username and password will be immediately emailed to you at the email address on file. Then with the temporary username/password provided you can sign-in and, if desired, select “Let me change my username and/or password” (on the Sign-In page) to change the username/password to something more familiar.

 

Please note the username and password must be unique among all registered users within the management company. So, if the username/password is already taken then a message will appear noting this and you can retry with another combination.

 

Once signed-in the you can access then menu items under “Residents Only."

 

If you wish to register for multiple addresses you can do as long as the information for each address matches that found on file, but a unique username and password is required for each property. Then after you sign-in the "resident only" information will reflect a particular association and address for making requests, viewing status, etc.
