Starting December 1, 2009, Christison Company Association Services is pleased to announce its transition to HomeWiseDocs.com,
the next generation in document and data delivery for community associations.
The many system enhancements geared toward an improved user experience include:
- Order documents by address or association name searches
- Share your order with up to four email addresses
- Multiple payment methods offered
- Hard copy delivery options available
- Email and SMS text completion notices for users
- Resale and refinance documents available
- Track your orders online with order confirmation number
Log on to www.homewisedocs.com and select
the link to register. Once you are registered, you will be able to order the disclosure
products required for your transition.
Please note: for the best value we recommend you order our most
comprehensive product "Resale Bundle with Questionaire"" or "Lender Bundle with
Questionaire" depending on your needs. During the ordering process, you will have
the option to upgrade the questionnaire to a lender specific form for an additional
fee of $100 (for condominium associations; there is no option to request a lender
specific form for PUD's).
