E-Statements
Sign up for paperless statements to begin receiving your monthly assessment statements electronically. To enroll complete the Email Statement Consent form and return it to our office.
Online Payment of Assessments
Current owners may make secure and convenient online assessment payments. To make a payment on your account, click on the "Pay My Account" button below. If this is the first time you are using our online payment system, you will need to obtain your username and temporary password from our Accounts Receivable department at (925) 371-5700.
When you click the "Pay My Account" button, a new window will open directing you to duespayment.com. This is a third party company Christison Company contracts with to offer homeowners the ability to make credit and e-check payments online. You may receive payment confirmations from this company regarding your online payments.

NOTE: Your assigned user account is associated with a specific property address, regardless of address changes made online at time of payment. Changing your address online does not constitute an official change of address with our records. Please contact our office at (925) 371-5700 to obtain a Change of Address form should you need to permanently change your mailing address on file.
Service
If you are experiencing an emergency situation (one that threatens life or property), please call your local Police Department or 911. For all other emergency situations (water leaks / plumbing; parking issues; gate issues, etc.) please call our 24 hour emergency service at (925) 371-5700, and select option 9 for immediate assistance.
All current Homeowners within an Association Christison Company manages are eligible to use many online services. Please call our office at (925) 371-5700 to register for these online services. Once you are registered you will then be able to login to your Association’s website under our Member Area and have access to Association information and many features.
