Association Maintenance Services (AMS), the maintenance division of Christison Company, strives to maintain, protect, and enhance each and every property
that we have the pleasure to manage. We would also show the same integrity in providing any services that a non-managed property would be in need of. We offer many services from
property and building maintenance to certified playground safety inspections and audits.
AMS also offers the following services:
